  7. god's will came down on me.
  8. as i sat there dumbfounded,
  9. and she walked out the door.

  11. what did i do to lose all i had gained?
  12. was there any way to get it all back?
  13. laughing and snickering she went down the dusty highway,
  14. he had won her in a fair game.

  16. my head still spinning from the day's affairs,
  17. i looked back at what had took place.
  18. with an evil grin and a smirk.
  19. he wound up with her, my love, my life.
  20.  
  21. out of the blue they told me what had happened.
  22. she loved him and not me anymore.
  23. hit me with the force of god,
  24. and here i was, on my island, secluded once again.
  25.  
  26. no more life, no more love.
  27. they were two things i adored the most.
  28. but ripped from my consciousness in the blink of an eye,
  29. torn apart in a fair game.
